Revenue Growth Blueprint

Before work begins

If you purchase a Blueprint and request cancellation before substantive research has begun, contact MeritNorth@yahoo.com as soon as possible. MeritNorth will review the request and, when no substantive work has begun, may cancel and refund the payment.

After work begins

Because the service is customized research and analysis prepared for a specific business, payments are generally non-refundable after substantive work has begun. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Unable to perform the service

If MeritNorth determines that the submitted information or available public evidence is insufficient to perform the purchased scope and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through clarification, MeritNorth may cancel the engagement and refund the applicable payment.

Revision

A completed Blueprint includes one clarification or revision request within seven calendar days of delivery as described in the Terms.
