How MeritNorth handles information.

Information we receive

When you contact MeritNorth or purchase a service, we may receive your name, email address, business name, public website or profile, business goals and other information you choose to provide. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by MeritNorth.

Website measurement

MeritNorth uses privacy-minimized first-party measurement to understand whether its own promotion and website are useful. Our attribution records may include the page path, interaction type such as a page view or checkout-button click, and campaign or source parameters included in the page URL. These attribution records do not intentionally store cookies, IP addresses, browser user-agent strings or cross-site advertising identifiers. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical connection data under their own policies.

How we use information

Information is used to respond to inquiries, perform purchased services, provide support, maintain service records, prevent abuse, measure our own customer funnel and improve our work. Research may also use publicly available business information relevant to the requested engagement.

Sharing

We do not sell customer information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the business, such as payment, email, hosting and technology providers, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, business records, security, dispute resolution, measurement and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.

Your requests

You may contact MeritNorth@yahoo.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you previously provided, subject to records we are required or reasonably entitled to retain.
